Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains payments, cancellations and refunds on bhajandhun.com. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Paid reports (Detailed Kundli, Kundli Milan)

• Reports are digital products created instantly from the birth details you enter, and are delivered on a private link right after payment (the link is also e-mailed to you).
• Because the report is delivered immediately, it is not refundable once it has been delivered, including for a change of mind or for wrong birth details entered by you. Please check the details before paying.
• If you were charged but the report did not open, first refresh the "Payment Failed" page after a few minutes — the report opens automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment. If it still does not open within 24 hours, write to us with your payment ID and we will either deliver the report or refund the full amount.
• If you were charged twice for the same report, the extra payment is refunded in full.

2. Dhun Special Astrologer paid questions

A paid question is answered immediately after payment and is not refundable once answered. If the payment was taken but no answer was shown, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it.

3. Failed payments

If a payment fails but the amount was debited from your account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the payment ID.

4. Astrologer consultations and bhajan team bookings

Bookings with marketplace partners follow the cancellation, reschedule and no-show policy shown on the booking page at the time you book (for example, full refund when cancelled early enough, or when the partner does not attend). Disputes are handled through Bhajan Dhun's dispute process.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days after approval (bank timelines may vary). We do not charge any fee for refunds.
