These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bhajandhun.com, its pages, tools and related services (together, "Bhajan Dhun", "we", "us"), operated by Bhajan Dhun. By using Bhajan Dhun or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use Bhajan Dhun

You may browse Bhajan Dhun freely. To create an account, buy a paid service, or register as a partner you must be at least 18 years old (or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian). You agree to give accurate information and to keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Our services

• Devotional content — bhajans and audio, aarti, katha, mantra, chalisa, stotra and puja vidhi, festival and vrat dates, and links to live darshan streams hosted by temples or third parties.
• Panchang & muhurat — daily panchang, shubh and ashubh muhurat, calculated by software for your location.
• Astrology tools — free janm kundli, kundli matching, rashifal, numerology, palmistry and vastu guidance, the Navgrah & 12 Bhaav guide, and the paid Detailed Kundli and Kundli Milan reports.
• Dhun Special Astrologer — an automated (software) astrologer. Each account gets 3 free questions; some topics (such as marriage, children and property) are paid per question at the price shown before you pay.
• Marketplace — listings of independent astrologers and bhajan / kirtan / jagran teams that you can contact or book through Bhajan Dhun.
• Yatra & other tools — yatra planning, temple information and similar features, some of which use AI.

We may add, change or stop any feature at any time.

3. Astrology and spiritual content — important disclaimer

Astrology, Lal Kitab, numerology, vastu, palmistry, muhurat and remedies (upay) are matters of faith and tradition. Everything on Bhajan Dhun — free or paid, automated or given by a partner astrologer — is for spiritual guidance and general information only. We do not guarantee any result or prediction. Nothing on Bhajan Dhun is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; please consult a qualified professional for such matters. Calculations depend on the birth date, time and place you enter; a wrong input gives a wrong chart. Automated and AI answers can contain mistakes. You alone are responsible for decisions you take.

Traditional texts (aarti, mantra, chalisa, stotra) are shown in their commonly sung form; regional versions may differ.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the page before you pay (for example, the Detailed Kundli report is currently ₹99). Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your full card or bank login details. A purchase is complete only after the payment is confirmed by Razorpay. If a payment fails, the "Payment Failed" page lets you try again; you are not charged twice for the same report.

Paid reports are digital products. They open on a private link immediately after payment and the link is also e-mailed to you. Keep the link private — anyone with it can open the report. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Astrologers and bhajan teams (marketplace)

Astrologers and teams listed on Bhajan Dhun are independent service providers, not our employees. Bhajan Dhun provides the platform, payments and support; the partner is responsible for the service they deliver. A "Profile reviewed by Bhajan Dhun" badge means we checked the profile or portfolio — it is not a guarantee of results. Bookings follow the cancellation, reschedule and no-show policy shown at the time of booking. For your safety, keep all communication and payments for marketplace bookings on Bhajan Dhun. Partners additionally agree to the Partner Agreement and commission terms shown at sign-up.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to break the site, scrape it at scale, or bypass rate limits or payment; post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene, or that hurts religious sentiments; impersonate anyone; upload content you do not own; use the site to spread misinformation or to frighten people into buying remedies; or contact marketplace partners or customers to move a booking off Bhajan Dhun.

7. Content and intellectual property

Traditional scriptures, aartis and mantras are in the public domain. The site design, software, compilations, retellings of kathas, explanations, reports, images, logo and the name "Bhajan Dhun" belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party videos, streams and trademarks belong to their owners. Place data is from open data sources and is used under their licences (attribution shown where used). If you upload content (photos, videos, reviews, portfolio), you confirm you have the right to do so and give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on Bhajan Dhun and in our promotion of your listing.

8. Third-party services and links

Some features rely on third parties (payments, maps and place search, text-to-speech, AI, video hosting, email). Their own terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for content or availability of third-party sites linked from Bhajan Dhun.

9. Limitation of liability

Bhajan Dhun is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you take based on astrology or spiritual content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse payments, or harm other users or partners.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Effective date" at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Bhajan Dhun after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office shall have jurisdiction. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly.
